Agreement

By accessing honestiot.com or placing an order with Henan Honest IoT Technology Co., Ltd. (“Honestiot”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products and quotations

Catalog specifications, images and prices may change without notice. Formal quotations, proforma invoices and signed contracts prevail over website copy for commercial orders.

Orders

An order is accepted when Honestiot confirms it in writing (email or invoice). We may cancel or refuse orders that cannot be fulfilled, with a refund of amounts already paid for undelivered goods.

Payment

Checkout is processed through WooCommerce and the payment gateways enabled on this site. For bank transfer / TT orders, goods ship after funds clear unless otherwise agreed.

Intellectual property

Site content, logos and product materials belong to Honestiot or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honestiot is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from product use or site access. Liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the related order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, unless a written contract states otherwise.
